Add Spotify or SoundCloud URLs, embed codes, or any link. Label is optional.
Choose which custom fields appear on cards in Detailed List view.
Upload their .json backup file, or paste a share link they generated from their Charchive.
Check folders/tags on the left, then check which characters to add/remove them from on the right. Hit Apply to save.
Renaming a tag updates it on every character that has it.
Generate a share link your friends can paste into their Charchive Friends tab. The link encodes your entire archive — no server needed.
Note: Characters with uploaded images (not URLs) will have broken images for your friends, since the image data makes the link too large. Use image URLs instead for shareable archives.
